Return

We’re committed to making sure you are in love with your Nature Republic New York purchase! If you’re not absolutely satisfied, simply return or exchange new or gently used items within 14 days of receiving your order.

Your return process must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your purchase in order to be eligible for a refund, exchange or gift card credit. If you feel your circumstances are exceptional and you are now outside of this policy, please email naturerepublicusinccs@gmail.com.

All complimentary gift sets or NCT127 gifts must be returned with all items in the kit in order to receive refund or credit. We are not able to partially refund or credit an incomplete kit. 

Return Shipping is free (US Domestic + Puerto Rico only) ONLY for the item damage issue. At the end of your return portal process, you will be given a return label to ship your items back. Please box up your return and drop it off at your nearest USPS Post Office. 

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, you may do so through the Return Portal. At this moment, we do not offer a direct exchange service, please contact us at naturerepublicusinccs@gmail.com and you will be prompted to choose a new exchange item. 

  • If your exchange item costs more than your original order value, you will receive an invoice to complete payment for the difference. This will be emailed to you at the end of the return flow.
  • Discounts used on the original purchase count toward the total value you may exchange. You will only be able to apply the total amount paid from the previous order toward the cost of the exchange item. 

Ex. If your original purchase had a discount of $10 applied and your final total was $35, you can only exchange $35 worth of items, not $45.

  • Your exchange will not be complete unless the invoice is paid in full. Once paid, you will receive a new order confirmation for the exchange item and you may box up and return your original purchase. 
  • If your exchange item costs less than your original order, you will be refunded the difference. We can only refund the original payment method. 

Gift Card Credit

If you would prefer to return for store credit, simply select credit in the return flow. 

Complete your return as normal and you will be issued an e-gift card in the amount you opted to return. 

  • E-gift card credit can only be used on Nature Republic USA Inc. and does not hold monetary value once issued. 
  • E-gift cards cannot be transferred and do not expire.  
  • E-gift cards will be issued to the email address associated with your order. 

Refund Processing

Returns must be received at our warehouse in order to receive a refund.

Once we have received your items, please allow 7–10 business days for your refund to process. All refunds will be issued to the original payment method. We apologize for any inconvenience, but we cannot change the payment method for any refund. Additionally, original shipping fees will not be refunded.

Please note, Nature Republic USA Inc. does not ship internationally at this time. If you purchased internationally, please reference this retailer list and return directly to the retailer.

Refund Policy

Refund

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at naturerepublicusinccs@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address : [INSERT RETURN ADDRESS]

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
