• Tracking number will be given per package once it goes in transit. Currently all shipping carriers are experiencing delays due to the pandemic. Once a package is picked up by a carrier, the responsibility of the delivery is also transferred to the carrier.
• Nature Republic will send a replacement package ONLY if the package does not arrive WITHIN 30 DAYS from the date the shipping label was created. A package is considered delivered if the tracking number shows as delivered on the shipping carrier's website.
