When and how can I cancel or change my order?

You can cancel or change your order until the end of the current day by sending an email to
Please include your order number, contact information, and the reason for your cancellation or change request in the email.

After I send the email, how will I know when my cancellation or order change is confirmed?

Our staff will process your request and send you a confirmation email within 24 - 48 hours.

Can I cancel or change an order after the confirmation?

Once your cancellation/change request has been confirmed, it cannot be reversed.
Please ensure that your decision is final before you cancel the order.

Can I cancel or change an order that has already been shipped?

Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled or changed.
Please contact our customer support team for alternative options if needed.

Can Icancel or change an order by phone or other means?

We process cancellation and order change requests exclusively via email to ensure accurate record-keeping and customer security.


How can I reset my password?

You will receive [ Activate account? ] Link in your email. Please click the link to login and change your password afterwards.

Where can I buy discontinued products?

We thank you for your interest in our discontinued products however, we apologize that we do not offer discontinued products for sale. But please check our regular update of new products to ensure that you have access to the latest and most innovative items.

Do you test your products on animals?

We share your concern regarding animal testing and we are committed to addressing this important topic.

However, we assure you that we do not conduct animal testing on our products which all of them are manufactured in South Korea, where animal
testing is prohibited by law since 2017. We value ethical and cruelty-free practices in our product development process.

Rewards Program

Are the gift sets stackable?

No, all complimentary gift sets are NOT stackable and are given based on the final total accordingly.

However, if the total value exceeds the maximum and minimum option of the gift value (ex. Orders over $150 -when the minimum gift set is for orders over $50 and the maximum one is for orders over $100- will receive both $50 and $100 gift sets)

Can I change my gifts?

Yes we do understand everyone has different skin types and concerns. However, it's limited to ONE product per gift and ONLY when you have specific allergy reaction experience to certain ingredient(s) of the product.

Please contact us as soon as placing an order so that we can apply it before shipping for delivery or preparing for pick up. Once the shipping label is generated, further changes are not acceptable. Lastly, we can offer this service ONLY when products of same/similar price are in stock.

What if I want to get a different gift set?

We can also switch your gift set to a different set. However, you can only switch it to a lower value option, not to a higher one.
